Brain training is about making new connections in your brain, strengthening areas that may be underused or inefficient, and calming areas that are overactive.
Brain training can involve effort on your part (practicing meditation or playing certain games, for example), or it can be accomplished through passive learning (neurofeedback or audio-visual stimulation). We feel that a mix of active and passive brain training is ideal.
